Web design :: This includes all the aspects of a web site project: planning and research, proposal, schedule, organization of material, site architecture, design concepts and layouts, programming, testing, search engine optimization, launch, and potential maintenance. Heidi can work from marketing collateral you have already developed or start from scratch with client input. Web design is ongoing—ideally a long-term relationship is developed that allows cooperative site maintenance. Developing and keeping a site that’s user-friendly and “works” for the client is the primary goal.
Custom graphics :: Original illustration—navigational icons, charts, maps, banners, for instance—might capture the personality and mission of your organization. Heidi works to make any site visually interesting, entertaining, informative, and most importantly, usable.
Tools/software capabilities :: Are you selling a product online, registering new members of an organization, developing a newsletter distribution list, making information accessible to a select group of readers? Heidi works with a variety of developers and vendors and can help you craft the perfect functionality solution.
